Our unframed prints are printed in-house using professional giclée printers. We use beautiful smooth 230gsm archival paper and fade-resistant pigment inks, to ensure a vibrant print that you can enjoy for years to come! Our unframed prints are made to fit standard sized frames.

Unframed prints of size A3 and above will be shipped rolled in a tube to ensure that your purchase reaches you in perfect condition. We recommend that A1 prints be professionally framed, as the weight of the paper requires the extra support of a backing board.

Framed prints are printed and supplied by professionally accredited framers, who are members of the Fine Art Trade Guild. Frames are available in black, white or oak, with high quality acrylic glazing, which is lighter and safer than glass. Framed prints have a turnaround time of 5-7 working days, and will arrive ready to hang.

UK DELIVERY:
We offer FREE UK delivery on all prints, and shipping for greeting cards is only £1. Your order will usually arrive with you 1-3 working days after dispatch.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:
Standard International Delivery is untracked, and usually arrives 7-14 working days after dispatch. Please note that on occasion deliveries may take longer than this estimate due to customs processing times. Tracked shipping upgrades are available at checkout. We ask our international customers to allow up to 6 weeks for delivery in case of any unforeseen delays with customs or your local postal service.
Some countries charge tax and duties on international parcels above a certain value threshold. As you can understand it's not possible for us to have a knowledge base of the threshold for these duties for every country, so please check whether this will affect you, before placing your order.
RETURNS:
We hope that you love your order as much as we loved making it for you! However, if you decide that you would like to return your order, we do give full refunds for returns in original condition. You are responsible for return shipping costs. If you would like to return your purchase, please get in touch so that we can provide you with the correct returns address.
If there is a flaw that has somehow slipped by us, or any damage in transit, please take a photo and email it to us, and we will provide a replacement at no cost to you.
This policy is valid up to 14 days after you receive your item. If you have any problems with the item that you purchase, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can resolve it for you.
