Standard International Delivery is untracked, and usually arrives 7-14 working days after dispatch. Please note that on occasion deliveries may take longer than this estimate due to customs processing times. Tracked shipping upgrades are available at checkout.
Some countries charge tax and duties on international parcels above a certain value threshold. As you can understand it's not possible for us to have a knowledge base of the threshold for these duties for every country, so please check whether this will affect you, before placing your order.
We hope that you love your order as much as we loved making it for you! However, if you decide that you would like to return your order, we do give full refunds for returns in original condition. You are responsible for return shipping costs. If you would like to return your purchase, please get in touch so that we can provide you with the correct returns address.
If there is a flaw that has somehow slipped by us, or any damage in transit, please take a photo and email it to us, and we will provide a replacement at no cost to you.
This policy is valid up to 14 days after you receive your item. If you have any problems with the item that you purchase, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can resolve it for you.
