HOW DO I KNOW THAT I'M GETTING A GOOD QUALITY PRODUCT?

We have taken a lot of care to choose high quality materials that enhance the print and make it stand out wherever you choose to display it. The materials that we use are:

  • PRINTS - 230gsm archival smooth matte paper. We buy this paper from a professional UK-based company. It has a lovely smooth surface, and the bright white colour really makes the colours pop!

  • CARDS - Uncoated 300gsm Munken Polar card. This cardstock has a lovely feel to it and the uncoated surface gives a gorgeous retro look.

  • Vibrant long-life pigment inks. These inks are genuine Canon and HP pigment inks, and we love them because they are bright, beautiful, and will ensure your print will last for years to come without fading.

  • Acid-Free mount & backing board (only with mounted prints). We buy these from a professional framer, and the colour has been specifically chosen to enhance the prints.

  • Our framed prints are printed & supplied by professionally accredited framers, who are members of the Fine Art Trade Guild. Frames are available in black, white or oak, with high quality acrylic glazing, which is lighter and safer than glass. Framed prints have a turnaround time of 5-7 working days, and will arrive ready to hang. 

WHAT SIZE FRAMES WILL I NEED TO PURCHASE FOR UNFRAMED PRINTS?

The dimensions given in the listings are also the dimensions of the frame that you will need to purchase. For example, if you choose an A5 unmounted print, you will need to purchase an A5 frame. For mounted prints, you will need to purchase a frame the size of the largest dimensions given. For example, if you choose an A5 in an 8x10" mount, you will need to purchase an 8x10" frame.

I'VE SEEN SOMETHING THAT I LIKE, BUT I'D LIKE A DIFFERENT COLOUR OR SIZE. CAN YOU DO THIS?

Absolutely, our illustrations are digitally finished, meaning that adjustments in colour, size, etc are easily done and we're happy to make changes. Just contact us before placing your order if you have an enquiry. We'd love to hear from you and there is no obligation to buy.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO GET TO ME?

All orders are printed to order. For unframed prints, we aim to dispatch within 1-2 working days, (usually on the same or next working day, but please allow us a couple of days - there's just the two of us and sometimes we can get really busy!). Framed prints are available for UK mainland delivery only, and are currently subject to extended lead times (2-3 weeks) over Christmas/New Years, as our framers close for the holidays.

We'll be in touch via email once your order has been dispatched.

  • Within the UK we use First Class Royal Mail, and you can expect your item to arrive within 1-2 working days after dispatch. Shipping upgrades for faster delivery are available at checkout.

  • International orders usually arrive 7-14 working days after dispatch. Occasionally customs processing times may mean that an order takes longer than this estimate, so we ask our international customers to allow up to 6 weeks for delivery. If you need your order for a certain date, please contact us before placing your order.

  • Standard shipping is not tracked. Shipping upgrades are available at checkout.

WHAT IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER?

Please do get in touch with us right away if there is any issue with your order whatsoever! We take a great deal of care with each print, and we want to ensure that you are as delighted with your order as we hope for you to be - so if you are disappointed for any reason please contact us, so that we may have the opportunity to make it right.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

We hope you love your purchase as much as we loved making it for you, but in the unlikely event that you'd like to return your order, you can do so for up to 14 days after you receive your item. The only exceptions to our returns policy are customised orders and three aperture frames, which are custom made to order and cannot be re-sold. Goods must be returned in original condition, and you are responsible for return shipping costs. If you would like to return an item, please email us before sending your return.
