PURCHASING A GIFT CARD
- Choose the denomination you would like to purchase (custom amounts available on request - contact us).
- If you are sending direct to recipient, check the "I want to send this as a gift" checkbox, and you can add the recipient's email, a message, and choose the date that you would like the gift card to be sent.

No physical product will be sent. The recipient will receive the gift card via email on the date which you choose. You will receive a receipt and confirmation that the gift card has been sent.
- Gift cards cannot be purchased using discount codes or promotions. However, gift cards may be used as payment on discounted orders.
USING A GIFT CARD
- Gift cards can be used for any Fox & Velvet product (www.foxandvelvet.com only), and can be used in conjunction with discounts.

A giclée print is a high-quality reproduction of original artwork (designed by humans - us!), made using vibrant pigment inks on high-quality paper. This printing method gives rich, accurate colours that won’t fade – so your print will stay looking great for decades.

As a general rule, the bigger the wall, the bigger the art. A larger print will usually feel more natural and balanced in a big space, but if you're looking for something for a tiny nook or bookshelf, a smaller print will work better.
A good way to test it out before purchase is to cut out paper the size of the print you're looking for, and use masking tape to stick it on the wall. You'll then be able to gauge how it feels in the space.

These prints will arrive ready to hang, printed and shipped with the utmost care by professional framers in the UK.

Our prints come in standard sizes, so finding a ready-made frame is easy.
'A' sizes (A4, A3, etc.) are more common in the UK and EU, while centimetre/inch sizes are more widely used internationally. Here’s a quick guide:
- A3 print → Use an A3 frame
- 40x50cm/16x20" print → Use a 40x50cm/16x20" frame
- All prints include a white border and can be easily framed without obscuring the artwork.

Orders usually arrive within 2-10 business days for most locations. Our fantastic printers operate labs around the globe, to ensure fast delivery times and (in most cases) eliminate customs fees and tariffs.

UNFRAMED Prints: Our printing partners usually dispatch within 1-4 working days.
FRAMED Prints (UK Mainland only): Our framers usually dispatch within 3-6 working days.

DELIVERY
- All UK orders ship from the UK.
- All EU orders ship from the EU.
- Most Canadian orders ship from Canada.
- All USA orders ship from the USA.
- All Australian orders ship from Australia.
This greatly reduces shipping times (1-5 working days in most cases) and eliminates customs fees if you are based in the regions listed above. Most other international orders dispatch from The Netherlands with estimated delivery times of 5-14 working days, but please feel free to contact us if you'd like more information before making a purchase.
Our US orders are shipped from US printing labs, so no tariff will be applied.
We hope that you love your order as much as we loved making it for you! However, if you decide that you would like to return your order, we do give full refunds for returns in original condition. You are responsible for return shipping costs. If you would like to return your purchase, please get in touch so that we can provide you with the correct returns address.
If there is a flaw that has somehow slipped by us, or any damage in transit, please take a photo and email it to us, and we will provide a replacement at no cost to you.
This policy is valid up to 14 days after you receive your item. If you have any problems with the item that you purchase, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can resolve it for you.
